A graduate-student research assistant position is currently available in Dr. Dan Obenour’s Environmental Modeling and Forecasting lab group at NC State University in Raleigh. This position will most likely focus on eutrophication modeling for the Neuse River estuary, through other opportunities may also be available. Primary responsibilities will include model development and manuscript preparation within the context of a (preferably) Ph.D. course of study in the Department of Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering. Preference will be given to motivated candidates with experience in numerical modeling, statistical modeling, and water quality processes.
