Job Description: 
We are seeking a motivated individual who has the potential for being a world-leading researcher and academic who will teach in our civil engineering undergraduate programme and modules on the Environmental Engineering MSc programme. You should have a strong research track record as well as the capacity to contribute to cross-cutting projects within our school and work with national-international academic and industrial co-operators. Current major EE research themes include energy production and conservation in water and waste processing; trace organic and genetic pollutants in the environment; sanitation in emerging and developing countries; and ecology, molecular microbiology and environmental chemistry. You should complement and-or extend these themes, although preference will be given to individuals that carry their research to engineering applications, especially water and wastewater process engineering. You should hold a PhD (or equivalent) in a relevant area and have the potential for Chartered engineer status in the UK.

Salary:
Lecturer Grade F:  £31,948 - £35,938
Lecturer Grade G:  £37,012 - £44,166 (with potential progression to £49,689)
