The AEESP coordinates the activities of an Awards Committee which oversees the annual selection of the following awards to recognize different aspects of service, research, professional involvement, and teaching in the area of environmental engineering and science:

Oversight, management and funding of the sponsored awards is now being conducted through the AEESP Foundation. Each award has its own sub-commitee for award selection. Further details about all of these awards can be found at the "AEESP Awards" web site, which is currently maintained by the AEESP Foundation.
