DESCRIPTION:

Seeking a PhD or experienced MS student to work on a recently awarded project from NSF investigating the fundamentals of adenovirus inactivation by UV light. This is a project at the interface of molecular biology and engineering and we are looking for a special student who has some training in both areas (or strong motivations). Professor Mark Hernandez at CU-Boulder is a Co-PI, and an excellent post-doctoral researcher (part-time) has already been hired. Hire date of January 1, 2010 or sooner.
