Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering

The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Temple University has been experiencing a significant growth in the last four years in line with the strategic direction of the College of Engineering. The Department has an opening for a tenure track faculty position at the rank of Assistant/Associate Professor in Environmental Engineering. The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or in a closely related area; be able to develop a significant research program; and provide effective instruction at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Applicants with expertise in physical/chemical processes, nanomaterials, or emerging contaminants are encouraged to apply. The possibility of collaboration with existing departmental strengths will be considered in the review of applications.
