Drinking Water Quality and Treatment

The Department of Environmental Science and Engineering at Tsinghua University, Beijing, China seeks to expand its expertise and leadership in drinking water quality and treatment and invites applications for two postdoctoral research associates. Areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: emerging organic contaminants, water disinfection and disinfection byproducts, advanced oxidation process, membrane, and other physical, chemical, and biological water treatment processes. Tsinghua University is a leading university in China and the department currently has over 800 undergraduate and graduate students. Total funding for the department in 2009 was over US$25 million.
