Students

AEESP has organized an Environmental Engineering and Science student forum to serve as an organizational umbrella for environmental students. This forum will allow students to be exposed to a variety of fields and professional organizations of environmental engineering and science. Many schools currently have a student chapter of WEF, AWMA, AWWA, or a similar professional organization, but never gain exposure to other organizations. Other schools have an unaffiliated student organization. In that there are many student groups with no common ties, information is difficult to disseminate to students and for students to remain current on opportunities that exist. This forum looks to provide a wide array of information from many organizations, which in turn are sponsoring the forum.

For more information on the forum, such as services provided or information and opportunities to post please send the information to Dr. Daniel Giammar, at Washington University in St. Louis. He can be contacted via e-mail.
