AEESP Fellows Nominations

Please take a moment to read AEESP's Conflict of Interest Policy to ensure nominators and/or nominees do not pose a conflict of interest prior to submitting nominations.

When to apply:

Nominations for 2027 Fellows is open from October 15, 2026 through February 28, 2027 (11:59 pm ET).  Email Brian Schorr (bschorr@aeesp.org) if you would like to confirm your nomination was fully received.

Complete nomination package includes:

  1. Section A: Letter of nomination.
  2. Section B: One-paragraph citation from the nominator.
  3. Section C: One-page statement from the nominee.
  4. Section D: Full curriculum vitae of the nominee.
  5. Section E: Three supporting letters (one page maximum per letter)
    *Support letters must all be from individuals affiliated with institutions different from the applicant's institution.

*The nominee must be an AEESP member for at least 10 years.

All documents for this nomination should be combined into one PDF document (10 MB max). Documents should include:
  • Section A: Letter of nomination (from nominator);
  • Section B: One-paragraph citation from the nominator;
  • Section C: Nominee's one-page statement;
  • Section D: Nominee's full CV; and
  • Section E: Three (3) supporting letters from individuals affiliated with institutions other than the nominee's (each maximum of one page). *Support letters must all be from individuals affiliated with institutions different from the applicant's institution.
